Privacy policy — StoreFab
StoreFab is a seller tool built by ForeverHumans, a We The Humans brand, and operated by CleanDEE. StoreFab helps online sellers audit and improve their marketplace stores, and publish pins of their own listings to Pinterest. This page explains, in plain language, what data StoreFab touches, why, and how you stay in control of it.

What StoreFab accesses — only with your permission
StoreFab connects to your accounts only through official OAuth authorization that you grant, and only through the official eBay and Pinterest APIs:
• eBay: your listing data (titles, prices, item specifics, inventory and listing status) to run your store audit and calculate your grade; and your order/fulfillment data, used only to match your sales to your pins so sold items stop being promoted.
• Pinterest: your basic profile information and boards, and permission to create pins of your own listings on your boards, on your behalf.
• Your email address: for your StoreFab account, sign-in, and the weekly sales report you opt into.
How your data is used
Only to run the service you asked for: auditing your store, producing your grade, applying fixes that you approve, creating and pausing pins of your own listings, and sending your reports. Pins created by StoreFab link only to your own live listings. StoreFab never posts content you did not set up.
What StoreFab never does
• We never sell, trade, or share your personal information or your store data with advertisers or outside parties.
• We never scrape eBay, Pinterest, or any other platform. Everything arrives through official APIs with your consent.
• We never change your prices or fees, and never end or delist a listing — approved fixes only, exactly as you authorized them.
• We do not collect your buyers' personal information beyond what eBay's APIs return for your own orders, and we never contact your buyers.
Storage and security
OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted and are only used to run your StoreFab features. Account data is kept behind secured systems with limited access. No payment card details are stored or processed by StoreFab — subscriptions are handled by our payment provider.
Your control: disconnect and delete
You can disconnect eBay or Pinterest from StoreFab at any time — in StoreFab's settings, or directly in the platform's own app/security settings — which immediately ends our API access. To permanently delete your StoreFab account and all stored data (including tokens and reports), email cleandee3@gmail.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it by email.
Cookies
StoreFab uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the service working. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
